Victoria White ’22, a sophomore psychology major from Beaumont, Texas, has been elected to a two-year term as a student member of the Board of Directors for the National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC). “I am very excited to take on this new adventure,” she says. “I hope to develop new skills that will help me beyond my college career!”

White is an Honors Student in the University Honors Program, where she also currently serves as a Sophomore Advisor in the Honors Housing Community. In addition to her leadership role in Honors, White serves as Chief of Staff for the Texas A&M Residential Hall Association and is the Vice President of Recognition for the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH). In this role, White has amplified the positive outcomes of our peer mentor collaborations with RAs in McFadden|Lechner Honors Freshman Halls. Her nomination of the annual “Murder Mystery” program  and “Hair and Beard Auction” program won the NRHH “Of the Month” (OTM) campus recognition for October 2019 and November 2019.

White is also pursuing a certificate program in applied behavioral health and plans to pursue a career in forensic psychology.
