Signs Of Fall In Aggieland
Here are seven signs to look for when falling in love with Aggieland this Autumn.

Orange you glad it’s Autumn? Traditions like Aggie football, Elephant Walk, and Veterans Day celebrations signify fall in Aggieland, and they can be seen in abundance right now throughout the community. To celebrate, the College of Liberal Arts has captured seven signs of fall special to Aggieland. We hope they help you fall even more in love with the Aggie spirit!
1. Pumpkin Display at The Gardens
Pumpkins are a staple of fall decor, and The Gardens’ display at Texas A&M University shows just that! A decorative wall filled with pumpkins “gourd-lore”, this display is fun for everyone to enjoy!
2. Elephant Walk
Elephant Walk is a tradition dating back to 1926. Each fall, the senior class at Texas A&M walks around campus listening to guest speakers while reminiscing on the friendships and memories they made at Texas A&M.
3. Veterans Day
Veterans Park and Athletic Complex in College Station has a Veterans Day display of flags dedicated to military veterans and active duty service men and women.
4. Holiday Drinks
With finals coming up quickly, study spots across campus are adorned with students’ favorite warm beverages!
5. Fall Outfits
Military Walk becomes a fall attire runway! There’s a chill in the air, and if you didn’t have an excuse to wear your favorite Texas A&M hoodie before, now you do!
6. Football Games
Here in Aggieland, football is a Saturday favorite! Former, present, and future Aggie students come together to cheer on their favorite football team in Kyle Field!
7. Leaves Changing Colors
Can you be-leaf it? Make sure to look around and enjoy the leaves changing colors this fall, and maybe take a few pictures too!
