The Department of Communication at Texas A&M University invites applications for full-time, non-tenure track Lecturers starting in the fall semester of 2022 ending the spring semester of 2023 (9 months, one academic year). Completed M.A. or Ph.D. in communication or related discipline is required. Successful candidates will possess a strong pedagogical background for teaching courses across the communication curriculum, including (but not limited to): argumentation, public speaking, persuasion, research methods, strategic communication (theory and applied), communication tactics, technology and communication, and upper division course in area of specialty. Responsibilities for this position include teaching four courses each semester.

The Department of Communication offers PhD, MA, BA, and BS degrees, and has over 40 faculty members, more than 35 graduate students, and over 1,600 undergraduate students.
