Bio

At a young age, Chelsea learned that the more her plate had on it, the happier and more successful she was. It was no surprise to her parents when she decided to pursue a career in the ever-changing, ever-moving industry of advertising.

Chelsea joined The Richards Group in 2017 after graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication with a minor in journalism and certificate in strategic communications. She was the first of her family to graduate from a four-year university.

She spent a year channeling her love of telling stories into securing media placements client like Discount Tire, the nation’s largest independent tire dealer; JPI, a Dallas-based luxury apartment developer; and The Salvation Army.

In 2018, Chelsea joined in Brand Management team at The Richards Group where she is part of a team that oversees and manages The Salvation Army’s national advertising.

Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, black Lab, Hank, and dachshund, Tooter; leaving Yelp reviews for up-and-coming restaurants around Dallas; and pretending she’s the next Joanna Gaines.
