Julie has been with Accenture for 25 years, based in Accenture’s Dallas Office. In her current role, Julie is focused on Learning for Accenture’s Digital platform. She joined Accenture in 1995 as a Change Management professional, working with clients in industries such as Communications and High Tech, Government, Resources, and Education. Julie transferred into Capability Solutions in November of 1999. In this part of the organization she managed a team focused on meeting the training, collaboration and knowledge management needs within Accenture’s technology practice. In early 2013, Julie moved into the Talent Strategy and Architecture function, supporting the Technology growth platform with respect to the talent strategy and architecture to enable Accenture’s 160,000 plus technical workforce. Julie currently supports Accenture’s digital practice as well as part of a team focused on core, advisory and leadership skills across Accenture.
Julie served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Fort Worth Christian School, where she has served on the school board for 10 years. In this role she was able to apply her communications background as well as her Accenture work experiences to drive change and strategy programs that impact the education of school age students, PreK – 12. Julie holds both a BA and MA in Speech Communication from Texas A&M. While at A&M, Julie was involved in Aggie Sisters for Christ, Fish Camp (Co-Chair and Counselor), and various other campus organizations.
Julie and her husband, Dan Reed (Class of 94), reside in Colleyville, with their two school age children.
Julie has expertise in the areas of talent strategy and architecture, corporate learning, neuroscience and learning, communication and change journey management, as well as knowledge management and collaboration.
