Research Project

Cody L. Preston received his B.A. in History and Anthropology from the University of Alabama in 2024, having performed excavations at the Moundville site as a student. He has since worked in the CRM industry, conducting fieldwork in multiple states across the southeast and in New Mexico. His research interests broadly concern early human migration into North America through geoarchaeological investigations of now-submerged sites on the pacific coast.
