On September 18th 2019, The Texas A&M Department of Economics hosted the first ever Masters Career panel in the Robert and Judy Allen Building. On September 18th 2019, The Texas A&M Department of Economics hosted the first ever Masters Career panel in the Robert and Judy Allen Building. Approximately 120 Texas A&M Masters of Economics students had the opportunity to meet with representatives from GM Financial, Goldman Sachs, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
At this event, companies conducted 30 minute presentations to groups of students after which the students could speak individually with the recruiters. The event was a major success and the department plans on hosting another event in the Spring of 2020.
