Family ties to Texas A&M:

My sister also attends Texas A&M

I chose to attend Texas A&M because…

Coming in as a Business major, Mays really stood out to me. Also, the camaraderie that comes with being a part of the Aggie Network is truly unmatched.

My favorite things to do on campus are…

Go for a run, look for squirrels, people watch

When I have free time, I like…

To exercise, watch movies, watch basketball, baseball, and football (go Bills), play video games, critique movies and music

The craziest thing I’ve done is…

Went kayaking in a bioluminescent bay during the nighttime

My favorite place to study is…

at home in the comfort of my own bed

My favorite ECON professor is…

Dr. Craig Schulman

My favorite part of being an Economics student is…

learning things that interest me while also sharpening the skills and knowledge that will allow me to succeed in my career.

If I could share an afternoon with anyone, I would love to share it with…

My two grandmothers

If I knew I could not fail, I would…

I would try things that historically I’ve never been good at like making art or playing instruments

If money was not a consideration, I would love to…

I would start a music festival that would take place in smaller towns throughout the United States to give a chance to people who don’t normally have the opportunity to attend concerts to attend one.

What is your passion and how are you committed to pursuing it?

Throughout my life, the common denominator in my goals has always been to help people in some shape, way, or form. The way that this has manifested itself now is that my goal is to help developing countries plan and create ways to advance their economies. To get to a point to do this, I’ve committed to my education so that I can have the background knowledge necessary and also gaining work experience in relevant fields so I can best apply my ideas to the tasks I will have at hand.

After graduation, I plan to…

If all goes well, I’d like to take some time before starting my job and taking a vacation while also enjoying the company of my family and friends before the true trials and tribulations of adulthood begin.

The one Texas A&M experience I will always remember is…

Having the opportunity to be in the same room as 5 former presidents
