Family ties to Texas A&M:

I am a first-generation Aggie.

I chose to attend Texas A&M because…

I chose Texas A&M because of the incredible culture, student life, and the appreciation of what those before us sacrificed to make the world and Texas A&M what it is today.

My favorite things to do on campus are…

When I am on my way to class, I love to see the rich history of Texas A&M beautifully integrated into the campus. I also like to grab a bite to eat at the MSC, then check on the progress of Aggie Park on my way back.

When I have free time, I like…

I choose to be outdoors either hunting or fishing when I have ample amounts of free time. When I can’t be outdoors for any reason, I love to read any piece of literature that sparks my curiosity. I also enjoy spending time with my family, girlfriend, and friends.

The craziest thing I’ve done is…

I was fishing in Lake Tahoe with one of my buddies, and we encountered five different bears in 30 minutes, each one within 25 yards. It was intense and frightening while we were trying to get away from them in every instance. Luckily, the bears there are used to Human encounters.

My favorite place to study is…

My favorite place to study is my desk at home with noise canceling earplugs or earphones.

My favorite ECON professor is…

Professor Naufal because of his ability to effectively convey the concepts in a manner that you will not only understand but be able to connect dots that you did not see before. Also, the thorough explanations of questions ensure his students get the best from his lecture.

My favorite part of being an Economics student is…

The broad use and way of thinking studying Economics gives to you. Economics has allowed me to grasp and ponder how things work. The knowledge of certain concepts has allowed me to become a more rational decision maker. Economics has fostered my innate curiosity about the world and my environment.

If I could share an afternoon with anyone, I would love to share it with…

Dr. Jordan B. Peterson

If I knew I could not fail, I would…

I would eliminate famine and allow anyone to have access to general education.

If money was not a consideration, I would love to…

Invest heavily in technology that would make the world a better place.

What is your passion and how are you committed to pursuing it?

My passion is to allow the next generation of my family and the world to have a better life than myself and this current generation, no matter the sacrifices.

After graduation, I plan to…

I plan to attend Law School.

The one Texas A&M experience I will always remember is…

Watching the game-winning field goal and hearing the roar of the crowd when we beat Alabama.
