Bio

Professor Clark has published widely on a range of topics in American literary study, though his primary interest is in the literature of the American South. He is General Editor of the Robert Penn Warren Correspondence Project.

Professor Clark has published widely in the field of American literature for over four decades. He served as General Editor of the Robert Penn Warren Correspondence Project (six volumes), and his poetry has appeared in MODERN AGE, the SEWANEE REVIEW, and other venues.
