at Argentina’s 61st Ariel Awards.  Pájaros de verano is the work of Ciro Guerra and Cristina Gallego (Los viajes del viento/The Wind Journeys 2009, El abrazo de la serpiente/Embrace of the Serpent 2015).* This movie is part of the 2021-22 Hispanic Film Series, which is made possible with the support of the Department of Hispanic Studies at Texas A & M University.
