SEAD Gallery internship
SEAD Gallery is a community and economic development project by Advent GX. Featuring regular exhibits by local, state and international artists, SEAD Gallery provides a downtown venue for arts and cultural exchange.
The SEAD Gallery Intern will support marketing efforts, including social media, blogs, e-newsletters, press releases, and websites, as well as printed promotional material. Additionally, this role will include helping to install and deinstall exhibits and working with SEAD Gallery team and Events Director to plan exhibits, programming, and events. This position is located in the SEAD Gallery and entails daily gallery operations and event staffing, sometimes outside of normal work hours. Additionally, this intern is responsible for generally ensuring that Advent GX projects are well promoted and represented. A background or field of study in writing or marketing is desired. A working knowledge of graphics software and WordPress is preferred. Availability over fall 2016 and on Saturdays is required.

The Alley Theatre
Alley Theatre internship programs provide college students and recent graduates with an opportunity to engage in hands-on professional training. Alley Theatre interns are entrusted with a great deal of responsibility and have the opportunity to work closely with Alley staff, artists, and craftspeople. Over the course of the 2014-2015 season, 22 interns worked at the Alley Theatre to increase their skill-set, sharpen their business acumen, and learn instrumental theatre techniques and gain professional experiences in the professional arts world. Texas Cultural Trust Council
The Texas Cultural Trust is looking for an Administrative Intern, who will report to the Operations Manager. The position will focus on day-to-day activities of the Texas Cultural Trust and will be responsible for maintaining an extensive database. This includes keeping accurate and updated records of contact information, researching potential constituents and pulling reports from the database.
