Victoria Green and Jyothis James have partnered with the Melbern G. Glasscock Center for Humanities Research to present the Spring 2022 Texas A&M University Graduate Student Conference featuring Dr. Sean Kirkland from DePaul University. Dr. Kirkland specializes in Ancient Greek Philosophy and phenomenology. Dr. Kirkland has also agreed to participate in a workshop with the Continental Study Group on Friday April 15, 2022.

Featuring Graduate Students from across the country, the presentations on April 16, 2022. The philosophy department at Texas A&M strives to cultivate a pluralistic and interdisciplinary academic community, fostering conversation between various traditions within the discipline of philosophy, as well as with scholarship in other fields of the arts and sciences. Thus, in lieu of an overarching theme, this conference will reflect and promote the pluralism embodied in Texas A&M’s philosophy department by accepting a range of papers from various traditions and topics. The presentations will take place in the Glasscock Building Room 311 and is open to the public.
