Research Interests
Though research lines are still being developed, primary research interests include stigmatized, oppressed, and/or minority group organizational experiences as well as non-minority responses to minority-affirmative/supportive strategies and policies. Especially of interest are systems of identity disclosure, performance, management, and authenticity, both for minorities and allies. Topics of diversity climate and culture; attraction, selection, and attrition; and work-life balance/stress are subsumed within these interests.
