BCN Honors Program
NRSC-BCN Honors:
The Psychological and Brain Sciences Honors program provides opportunities for individualized and advanced work for the academically distinguished (3.5 GPR and above) undergraduate Neuroscience-BCN major. This 21-hour program is designed to provide students with several benefits. Students will have an opportunity to enroll in small classes comprised of other outstanding undergraduates. Classes will be taught by some of the best instructors in the department and students will have numerous opportunities to become directly involved with ongoing research projects directed by our faculty. Students who complete the program will graduate with the PBSI Honors distinction. The program is likely to be of particular value to students contemplating graduate study in psychology. In addition to PBSI Honors, students can earn University and College-level Honors distinctions.
THERE IS NOT AN APPLICATION FOR INCOMING STUDENTS TO JOIN PBSI HONORS. Students must complete at least one full-time semester at TAMU with a 3.5 or higher GPA to be eligible to apply.
