Biography
Brianna Hampton is a doctoral student in the Division of Learning Sciences. She is committed to serving students and the community through her involvement in organizations that promote student and community well-being. Her research highlights the need for an understanding of the Black experience and culture in education as it relates to Black student achievement. Overall, she is interested in school climate and a sense of school belonging, artificial intelligence, racial identity, community, mental health, and motivation and their roles in Black student achievement. Brianna is dedicated to exploring ways to enhance student learning and engagement, and facilitate the learning process for historically marginalized students.
