Biography

Kelsey graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism and a minor in Business. She’s provided business support to the university since 2016. As RESI’s Business Administrator, Kelsey manages a wide range of business activities including the Institute’s budget, expense tracking, and providing guidance with financial matters.
