Bio
Cindy Barahona is a first year Ph.D student. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. She has been the research assistant of Dr. Plankey-Videla with whom she published a research study titled Precarious Entrepreneurship: Day Laborers in the U.S. Southwest. Her interests lie in Organizational, Political and Economic Sociology with a focus on Immigration and Public Policy.
