Frames Program: Enabling Transformation Through Linked Data
The Frames Program, in collaboration with the Center for New Media and Promotion, recently released a video providing an overview of the Frames Program for audiences inside and outside the U.S. Census Bureau. This is a great introduction for anyone interested in this aspect of the Census Bureau’s transformation to a data-centric organization.
The video’s content includes:
- An introduction to the Frames Program
- What a Frame is, and
- How data from multiple
Frames can be used to enhance the Census Bureau’s operations, analyses, and programs. The concepts are tied together with a practical example that highlights use of data from each of the four Enterprise Frames as well as other information.
The video is available on both the:
- Frames Program’s site at: Frames Program (census.gov),and
- Census Bureau’s YouTube channel at: The Frames Program: Enabling Transformation through Linked Data.
