China Language & Culture

This 10-week summer program offers 12 credits for students to increase their Chinese language proficiency and earn credits towards their foreign language requirement or Chinese minor, while learning about the culture and history of China in Shanghai. In addition to classroom lessons, each student will be paired with local university students as a language partner for further practice. Students will be able to improve their language through interactions with vendors at the market, ordering food in restaurants, and interacting with locals.
