Grantee Report Submission Forms

Once some time has passed, we will reach out to grant recipients for information about the outcomes and impacts of the work RESI supported. If a recipient wants to be proactive and submit information before we ask (or if you have new outcomes after we've stopped asking), you can submit the information using this online form.

We will use the data gathered through this form to produce our annual report, aid in the preparation of Institute reviews, and to spotlight the achievements of people doing work with and through RESI.
