Advisory Board
Overview
The Race & Ethnic Studies Institute’s Advisory Board functions as a valuable sounding board, source of ideas, and advice. Members serve three-year terms and meet once per month. The charge of the Advisory Board is to make recommendations to the Director of RESI on major matters of policy regarding the mission and direction of the Institute; to advise the Director how the Institute can best serve the research needs of the faculty of the College of Arts & Sciences and the University; to advise the Director on programs and projects at the Institute; to assist in the review of proposals for Institute grants and fellowships; and to help publicize opportunities available at RESI. If you are interested in serving on the board, the first step is to become a Faculty Affiliate.
