Montserrat Gutierrez is currently a marketing major at MAYS Business School and will be graduating this upcoming May! She has professional experience as a social media manager and aims to create meaningful marketing strategies that have a positive impact. Montserrat is extremely passionate about gender equity and wishes to bring about a change, especially within the workforce. She is also interested in promoting diversity and inclusivity, and exploring how companies manage to promote this within their offices.
