December 9th Committee on National Statistics Data Infrastructure Webinar
The Committee on National Statistics is hosting a multi-workshop project, Towards a Vision for a New Data Infrastructure for Federal Statistics and Social and Economic Research in the 21st Century.
The first workshop will be held via Zoom on December 9th 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. central time. Participation is free.
At the first workshop meeting, participants will provide an overview of current data infrastructure initiatives, as well as the use of private sector data by international and federal statistical agencies. Evidence gathered at the workshop will inform a consensus report that will be prepared by the National Academies’ Panel on the Scope, Components, and Key Characteristics of a 21st Century Data Infrastructure.
