May 19th Proposal Development Workshop & May 20th Proposal Writing Workshop

The TXRDC invites interested researchers to attend an online Proposal Development Workshop. The goal of the workshop is to give researchers an overview of: (1) the restricted data resources available for RDC-based research, (2) programs and services available at the TXRDC, and (3) the steps involved in gaining approval for projects using restricted data.

The session will be held via Zoom on May 19th 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. central time with an open Q&A until 11:30. Participation is free. Researchers and graduate students from all disciplines are welcome.

Researchers are also invited to attend one of our in-person Proposal Writing Workshops held on May 20th 2021 from either 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. OR 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. central time. Both will be held in 326 conference room of the Teague building. The goal of these workshops is to give researchers high-level, hands-on assistance on how to begin writing a proposal.

Researchers can attend the in-person session as long as they have ever been to a TXRDC information session, even if they do not attend the May 19th Zoom session.

Lunch will be provided between the two sessions of the Writing Workshop. If you are staying for lunch, please indicate your food preference when you register for the session.
