TAMU Event (In-person): Dr. Jentery Sayers, “Degrowing Digital Projects” Lecture (11/15/23)
The Center of Digital Humanities Research is hosting Dr. Jentery Sayers as part of its Digital Humanities Speaker Series 2023-24 to present his lecture "Degrowing Digital Projects". This talk draws from recent research in activity theory and minimal computing as well as allied fields, such as game studies, to address the “degrowth” of digital projects from the labor perspective. All interested faculty, staff, and students are welcome to attend. This event is scheduled for November 15, 2023 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM at the Liberal Arts & Humanities Building, Room 453.
