Overview of the Last Chance Funding Opportunities

As we approach the end of the academic year, we recognize that people may have missed some of our earlier deadlines for funding. As such, we want to provide one more opportunity for funding your research projects related to race and ethnic studies scholarship. RESI is particularly interested in proposals investigating or otherwise operating at the intersections of race and ethnicity. As with all of our programs, we are also more likely to fund proposals that make explicit connections to our HSI research initiative and/or our Power & Inequality research initiative.

What Is the Deadline?

This "last chance" competition has a deadline of April 17, 2024 at 5pm.

Which Funding Programs are Open?

We are reopening all three of our smaller grant programs, which means that there are programs open for faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates. To apply, follow the appropriate link below. While you can ignore the deadline information on each of the program pages, you should still use the active application link and follow all other application requirements.
