Undergraduate Minor

The LMAS undergraduate minor can be a critical addition to a student’s career opportunities in occupations in the public and private sectors, employers desire applicants with intercultural competence. See the following documents about the program:

In addition, the minor demonstrates knowledge in a growing specialty area which is attractive to graduate programs in areas including both not limited to Business Administration, Media/Journalism, History, Public Health, Psychology, and Sociology.

We encourage you to check out our course offerings and to come in and explore the possibility of being a Latino/a and American Studies minor!
