The Glasscock Center makes available grants in the fall and spring semesters of up to $1,500 each to be used toward the costs of publishing a manuscript of humanities-related scholarship.  This grant is intended to cover costs for substantive enhancements to the manuscript which are required for publication (graphics, maps, tables, permissions, subventions, figures, translation costs, and the like). Editing costs are not given as high a priority as other substantive enhancements requested by the publisher. All manuscripts must be accepted for publication or in press when the request is submitted.
