Research Interests

Broadly, I am interested in health behavior in individuals with comorbid mental and physical disorders. This research focus has evolved from exploring the use of health technology as a tool for motivating behavior change to understanding the processes mediating the relationship between mental health outcomes and lifestyle behaviors.
