Spring 2024 Advising Procedures

The College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences will continue to meet with students virtually for advising during the Spring 2024 semester.

APPOINTMENTS (current students): Monday – Thursday; 1:30 – 4:00pm, primarily via Zoom. Please visit https://tamu.campus.eab.com/home  to schedule your advising appointment. Once your appointment has been made, please use the link provided by the advisor to access your appointment at your scheduled time. Zoom can also be accessed through the icon on your Howdy portal, mobile app, or telephone. Should you require your appointment in-person, please email the specific advisor with whom your appointment was made, with your request. To offer you quality academic advising in the safest possible way, we recommend that safety precautions, such as mask wearing and social distancing, are followed.

*Requesting a PSYC minor: Please DO NOT schedule an appointment. Instead, email psycadvising@tamu.edu with your full name and UIN to inquire about and/or request a PSYC minor.

Our award winning undergraduate academic advisors are here to assist students majoring in psychology or neuroscience (behavioral and cognitive neuroscience track) and minoring in psychology. They know the faculty, department’s courses, and special opportunities offered by the department for undergraduate students. They can ensure that students’ schedules meet the requirements of their selected degree plans.
