Summer 2021 Advising Procedures
THE PRIMARY MODE OF ADVISING IS STILL VIRTUAL. You may reach an advisor using one of the following methods:

DROP-INS (current students): Monday – Wednesday; 9:00 – 11:00am, via Zoom. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Must be in the waiting room by 10:45am*
*Drop-ins are limited to 15 minutes*
**Drop-ins are not available on the following dates:
August 3rd, 10th, 11th, 18th, 24th, 25th
*Requesting a PSYC minor: Please DO NOT schedule an appointment. Instead, email email@example.com with your full name and UIN to inquire about and/or request a PSYC minor.
**Adding PSYC 484/485/491 contracts: Please DO NOT schedule an appointment. Instead, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, UIN, and completed form.
APPOINTMENTS (current students): Monday – Thursday; 1:30 – 4:00pm, primarily via Zoom. Please visit https://tamu.campus.eab.com/home to schedule your advising appointment. Once your appointment has been made, please use the link provided by the advisor to access your appointment at your scheduled time. Zoom can also be accessed through the icon on your Howdy portal, mobile app, or telephone.
PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS AND VISITORS: Schedule a virtual appointment at https://recruiter.tamu.edu/portal/laah_virtual_appts. Appointments are Monday and Wednesdays from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. All appointments will be conducted via Zoom. If you have questions, please email email@example.com. HIGHLY REQUESTED FORMS AND INFORMATION

They know the faculty, department’s courses, and special opportunities offered by the department for undergraduate students.
