IN-PERSON ADVISING APPOINTMENTS (current students): In-person advising appointments must be requested in advance and are held on Tuesdays in the Coke Building. These advising appointments are for extenuating circumstances and are conducted by a variety of departmental advisors. In other words, there is no guarantee that you will meet with a PSYC or NRSC-BCN advisor.

If you have concerns specific to psychology or neuroscience (BCN track), you should instead schedule a virtual appointment with our advising office using the link provided in the appointments section above. In-person appointments are not for prospective student advising, please see below for details.

Students who are ill or who have recently been ill must not request an in-person advising meeting. Student and advisor are required to wear face coverings and must practice social distancing.

To request, please fill out the form at: https://forms.gle/iFKMNG3LxMVg3R1C9. This form must be submitted by Friday at 10 a.m. (CST) the week before your requested appointment. Your request will be reviewed and an email will be sent to your @tamu.edu account with further information.
