Texas A&M Economics Student Aiden Valdez Selected for Economics Summer Institute at the University of Chicago
The Department of Economics is excited to announce that Texas A&M University student Aidan Valdez has been accepted and will attend this year’s Expanding Diversity in Economics Summer Institute (EDE), hosted by the Becker Friedman Institute for Economics at the University of Chicago and the Hutchins Center for Fiscal and Monetary Policy at the Brookings Institution.
The University of Chicago recently announced the full cohort of 45 participants selected through a highly competitive process for this three-week economics immersion program, now in its third year.
