Bio

After graduating from TAMU (class of ’95), Lynne began her career in public relations, advertising, and marketing in Austin, Texas. Her favorite work always involved brand and reputation development, marketing, and management. Through the years she continued to “pass it back” through volunteer work which included running fundraising campaigns, public relations, and working with youth groups. After a move to the Baltimore, Maryland area, Lynne found the promising field of Mediation work. Inspired, she returned to school earning a Masters in Conflict Resolution and Restoration from Abilene Christian University. While completing ACU’s hybrid program, Lynne also worked for the District Court of Maryland’s ADR Department. In this role, she focused on the Day of Trial mediation program.

To expand her knowledge base and mediation practice, Lynne decided to earn a law degree. She attended Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas (class of ’16). While there, she was highly successful in multiple ABA ADR competitions, winning the National ABA Representation in Mediation competition. Since law school, Lynne has practiced law in multiple areas, including Family, Probate, Trade (export compliance), Business Litigation, Real Property, Trade Secrets, and Employment law.

Striving to be of service, Lynne is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and a member of the “Mac” Taylor Inn of Court in Dallas. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Aggie Bar Association (“TABA”) and serves as the President of the Texas A&M University School of Law Alumni Board 2022-2023. Lynne was named to D Magazine’s Best Lawyers list in 2019 and 2023 for ADR.

Lynne owns Nash Legal Group, PLLC (www.nashlegalgroup.com) where she focuses on helping make people’s lives better. She enjoys listening to live music with her husband, Steve (’95) and watching her four children become adults.
