theje presents shall come greeting. Know Yee that wee have constituted
authorized and apoynted and by theje presents doe constitute authorize and
apoynt Our ??ly and well beloved Eleazar Wignall and Modiford Freeman E???
or either of them to administer an oath unto George Bennett and Robert Cliff
that they shall sell and ??? and according to the best of their judgment and
consciences Inventory and appraije all and singular the Goods and Chattolls
Rights and Credits of Isaac Elkin late of the parifh of St. Thomas Planter decd
as there shall be showne unto them by Sarah Elkin his widdow and Administratise
Cmd there of the said Eleazar Wignall and Modiford Freeman or either of them are
to make a fine return? unto the Secretarys Office of this Island and ??? their or either
of their hands and seales to the end the said Inventory and appraijement may bee
